When I opened the package, the sweatshirt had a hole in the sleeve. I made contact asking about how to do an exchange. A week went by and I didn't get a response. I was going to give another day or two but got a shipment confirmation from them and two days later a new sweatshirt arrived. Thank you so much! The material of the sweatshirt is thick and super soft. I didn't know what kind of quality to expect but I was totally impressed.

my only disappointment has been final cost you gave me 40% off which is fantastic but the conversion to Canadian $ then being charged $17 to pick it up from the post office because of customs and handling took it to a price i would not have paid had i known up front i am looking for one for my wife regarding wine and camping but im put off by what the final cost will be to me

The sweat shirts and t-shirts were both great quality. Enjoy them and the wording on this couldn't be said better. I would like to see the neck a bit bigger or at least about a 3 inch slit down the front so not so tight around the neck. Especially if you have more than one chin, just saying. Thanks

I love that you print your mug on both sides. I use both hands and most left handers are the only ones to see what the mug says. Ordered 4 items and they arrived in good shape and material was better than expected. My only issue was delivery. USPS took 31 days from time Camperville released the items. Tracking system works well and I followed my items through 4 different countries and they only had to come from USA to Canada. Otherwise great product
