It took him about an hour to replace it with the old one, and I hung the crystals with joy in 45 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the skeleton (body) first and then install it. This is an excellent pendant light for this price point! Installation was relatively seamless. The cords the lights hang from look a little bendy when it's first hung but once it's up for 24 hours or so the weight of the lamps straightens them out. Two went on my staircase, one into the powder room, and one was hung in the hallway. I took some picture with light on and off to give the idea. It a great size, though i would probably want the to be 2-3” longer. Still looks awesome. I highly recommend it.
