As a college student taking this supplement I would recommend it for anyone, barely feel the weight of stress anymore i can do everything clearly and intentionally. Obviously when you start taking it you feel a bit drowsy after a week or two you barely notice that you took it.

I love the Anti-anxiety. But I must be honest the ashwagandha and sea moss was disappointing. I imagined greater results. I have not lost any weight and the ashwagandha's stress relief was not the same as the Anti-anxiety one.
