Absolutely in love with these shoes, the packaging, and the effort made to make the whole unboxing experience awesome. The shoes are super comfy (with cushioned padding underfoot), and very elegant. Can't wait to add a second pair to the rotation.

I am not a flight attendant, but Duchess Air popped up in a reel on Instagram and as someone that wears an 11 1/2, I am always happy to find my size! They fit like a dream and are so comfortable. Please make the platform pump in my size, too!

I am hoping I received the wrong shoes. These are advertised as 3" heels, and the ones that arrived were much shorter. I emailed two different emails, and have not heard anything back. Very frustrating to spend so much on shows and have no response.

I regret purchasing these shoes. They run excessively large and are extremely slippery. I nearly fell at least three times within the first 30 minutes of walking through the airport. On top of that, they trigger security scanners, requiring removal, which has never been an issue with other brands. Overall, a disappointing experience.

It was the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn for work I am glad I had a spare pair in my car cause I would not have survived a 3day trip with these shoes I feel lied too

Get a size larger if you wear wide, perfect fit!

I had really high hopes for these. The sizing is really off i got my size and it is quite big I added insoles so they fit better. They aren’t as comfortable as I expected and I usually only wear them for around an hour before they start getting unbearable. For the price point I also didn’t expect the shoes to wear as quickly as they did. I honestly wouldn’t recommend.

Needs a lot of breaking in, but feels like they will be perfect when that’s all done! They’re gorgeous!

They are a bit loose in the back even after sizing down but they are comfy. I had to put in gel pads for the ball of the foot

Sizing is off. I usually wear 8 1/2, but these are too big by about a half size

They fit way too big :(
