This is my first Japanese knife, i’m a noob. I’m a home cook, i use it since 1 month.
Esthetic : I love the hammer marks on the blade. The handle is well fit and the transition between the ferrule/spacer/handle is smooth. On the tang, trace of putty left over from filling the gape was present, but easy to remove. The spine edges can be more rounded, but not unpleasant to touch.
