Love it - and so does the Bearded Dragon who lives in it! It was easy to put together with a bit of elbow grease on some of the corner joints. I’d recommend having a second person help with assembly if possible. But once put together, in itself it’s a beautiful enclosure even with nothing in it! I love the enclosure. But I will say it was a pain to put together. Since it’s the 4x2x16”. The parts were not snapped in all the way, the trim to the side panels. So that was awkward and I didn’t want to break it. But took a mallet and gently tapped them in. Then the hinges were a pain. I watched the video several times. Chakra may be about to shed right now, but he and I are very happy with this enclosure. I needed an enclosure that could withstand constant humidity in the high nineties and this delivers. I also got the bioactive liner and that keeps water from the misting system from getting to the base; I've had problems with cages with high humidity leaking and that liner solves that issue and the worries about the rug. I love this enclosure so so much! NGL when I was reading some of the reviews I was on the fence but man oh man! I absolutely love it I’m obsessed! When it arrived there was a broken piece I emailed customer service and they shipped out a replacement part right away. I was nervous that the replacement might arrive broken too and support assured me if that happened they will find another solution. The platform to came cracked. It took so long to get it I didn't want to send it back. No big deal. I put gorilla glue and let it dry for a few days to make sure it wouldn't get on Gizzy. Love these spacers!! A breeze to assemble (think it took 15 minutes from unpacking to fully assembled) and looks great! Really pulled everything together for my reptiles. I loved using a spacer underneath the bottom enclosure, just to lift it off of the floor a bit. I just upgraded from a 40 gallon and wow what a size difference this 4x2x2 is! So much more room! My dragon and I love it!! It was super easy to put together by following along the step by step video instructions!
