I sent an email and heard back from support within a few minutes... They explained to me they had to cancel the original order and I would receive credit... I saw credit the very next day... This sign is perfect! It is so well built. My son (11) thought it was a real security company sign and didn't belong there. He tore it out like the lawncare signs and the like and began to try and destroy it. This sign is very well built with an aluminum stake so it won't rust. The sign itself is of very sturdy material, no the cheap plastic, but good and thick. It took him a while, but finally he got it busted up. Now I'm gonna order anothern... HAHA.
