I have been an electronics technician for a long time. This book is great. For beginners it shows how electricity is generated and has important electronic principles. It is very easy to read yet it is an analog and digital electronics course rolled into one short book. Includes very useful and cool projects.

The best feature of this radio is its ability to convert cassette tapes or broadcast radio to digital recordings. It can record to USB flash drives or SD cards. Then you can add your digital music to your smart phone or computer or what ever you like. I have tried two other cassette players that claimed to record digitally and was very disappointed. This radio does a very good job of that. In addition it is a decent multiband radio with good reception.

I went on a mission to find a radio in headphones, with no chords or anything hanging from my ears! I'm in another world when I wear these, and they help me want to walk longer when I am on a walk at the beach. I am so protective of them I never leave them in the car! Thank-you Radio Shack. Took me long enough to get it. It works well for being a basic AM/FM Weather radio. When there is a "Grid Down" , AM Radio you can get information from great distances.

Was very pleasantly surprised. And sooo glad the tapes from 80's/90's havent melted in our attic! Check it out in action: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Rxw4u94uQi8FPHX5A BT worked immediately, first try, no messing around like almost all BT speakers & cars I have tried pairing new gear with.Nice! Have not tried the USB/SD yet. There is an audible hiss, even without a tape in, which is odd but not enough to outweigh the glee of hearing these old tapes again. Money well spent!

fantastic LITTLE HD Radio! This near palm-sized radio has excellent reception in my "urban" area. The FM HD stations were abundant, AM not so much tho I found many AM stations cast over FM as well. Solid AM reception pulled in all my local stations well with no issues at all, however I didn't find much text info on the AM side... FM is pretty full of content. I have seen reviews of HD radios where the tuning and sound were not very good before.. that is not my experience here.. This radio locks ...

There is not a better, faster charger. I already bought several, both for myself and as gifts. Now I am buying another. They are great and have a nice sleek design. A side benefit is that I don't "lose" my phone since it is always clearly visible sitting in the charger as compared to a flat charger. Thanks Radio Shack!

I uses these for instrument pickups ... I connect a connect a 1/4" jack, take the back and ears off, put some poster putty inside, and stick them on instruments to be able to plug them in ... Not elegant, but it works ...

I am a broadcast engineer and I have used these transformers in various projects throughout AM radio stations. From matching PCs to audio consoles to building remote broadcast gear, they give good results for the AM audio spectrum. I've never had one fail. I could use much more expensive transformers, but these little gems get the job done. I always keep a few on hand.

I AM HAVE TWO, BOTH HAVE LED AN AWFUL LIFE. DROPPED, IN ZERO DEGREE TEMPS,. THE NICADS ARE ONLY 80% OF THE AAA BATTS! BUT BOTH ARE STILL WORKING GREAT. SOMEONE BOUGHT ME A $200 UNIT, BASIC STYLE THE SAME, BUT NOT ANY BETTER THAN THE R.S. ONES. THEY ARE A GREAT BUY FOR THE MONEY.

I have moderate to severe hearing loss. I have been using this amplifier for about a decade. I use both earbuds as well as earphones with it. People see it and ask me what I am listening to. I answer, 'You!" It works better than the expensive hearing aids I used to use. It also works well when placed beside the speaker during ZOOM and SKYPE social media "gatherings."

This shirt does not come as advertised. As you can see in the photo I’ve attached, the design is MUCH smaller than it looks online. We are extremely disappointed because we bought another Radio Shack recently and the logo was nice and big and bold! We hoped this shirt would be of the same design quality, but it is definitely not. I wanted a smartwatch, but didn't want the high prices. I saw this one with the black titanium and orange sticthed watchband. Very nice looking. But it works great! And the display faces for different occasions. There is one that has the battery level and the watch hands keep working even when the display battery is very low and not present. Great price!

I bought this on a whim and expected a low quality but fun item. Contrary to my expectations, this hoodie has jumped to being my favorite. It is WARM, super soft and comfortable. I have a lot of hoodies and this is the warmest and softest and is a nice middle weight feel. I should have known better than to assume low quality from Radio Shack, but it isn’t like they are known for their apparel. I’m going to grab another one before they disappear. Great job, Radio Shack!

Quality speaker cable from a trusted brand. Constructed with stranded copper wires and appears well-built. It was simple to connect up my speakers and receiver. I recommend also picking up a wire stripper if you don't have one handy!
