I was searching for a replacement headset radio for my old Sony set and could not find anything like it anywhere until I ran across a Radioshack website. Yay! I found a Radioshack brand headset that I think is possibly superior to the Sony in that it doesn't need an antenna sticking out and NO push buttons! Great sound quality, comfortable earpieces and simplicity and ease of operation are all great! I LOVE Radioshack!

This little ‘pocket’ radio is wonderful. Good sound with the built in speaker and even better sound with quality earbuds. The ‘lock’ controls feature makes it easy to slip in my pants pocket and use with earbud headphones when I walk my dog. My only complaint is the battery compartment cover. It slides off easy enough. This is a nice kit for the hobby electronics enthusiast/builder. All you need is 4 AA batteries, a soldering iron, solder and some cutters/pliers. The kit provides everything else including detailed instructions and a battery holder. Regarding the included instructions, they are clear, easy to read, and provide a parts list as well as a physical and electrical component diagram/schematic. Almost no odor at all, the lubrication the formula provides is very nice as well. Static on volume controls or other adjustments will be easily solved with a short blast of this product. In the old days I used to buy "Color TV tuner cleaner" from Radio Shack. I *believe* this is the same stuff. I love it. :)

This is our 2nd radio of this make and model we really enjoy the versatility of the first one so purchased another to increase that virtue. Once they are programed they stay programed also the weather is a nice feature when working outdoors camping etc. Reception is also quite strong and the batteries last a very long time.

We ordered the small AM/FM/weather/emergency crank radio and are extremely pleased with our purchase. It is powered by internal rechargeable batteries or 3 AAA batteries. It can be charged using the hand crank, solar panel or USB. It has a built-in LED flashlight and a USB port for charging other devices. It has all the functions we wanted and is a compact size. Highly recommend this product!

I work with geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility. This product is phenomenal! I highly recommend it to anyone who has hearing loss that can be helped by amplification, but who cannot afford, or doesn’t want, the expense of traditional hearing aids. This LIFTiD is a very cool device and I'm still getting used to it so won't comment on effectiveness. I will say that once it is on, I forget it is there and lock on to whatever I'm working until it starts beeping to tell me it is cycling down. The presentation box and carrying bag/accessories are really nice. The LIFTiD came fast and was shipped securely.

Got ringing in your ears, have a hard time understanding what is being said near and far, don't want to, or have the money to, purchase expensive hearing aides, big enough not to lose, small enough to put in your pocket, use AAA batteries, then you need a great device that clearly magnifies sound, will not get lost easily, is simple to use and looks trendy, then you need to get the Stereo Amplified Listener from Radio Shack for less than $50. Hurry! It takes a year to get in a new batch.

No more guesswork when finding stray batteries around the house .So many devices, and the kids change out batteries and leave them lying everywhere. As advertised and on time for delivery. Works great, only one small issue. The instructions are not correct in how too record from tape to MP3. However the customer service tec support people are excellent and ready with the proper sequence to record. That's a very minor issue. The radio is well worth the money and reminds me of the "old Radio Shack."
