I suffer from really strong cramps during my periods. I have been taking all these supplements for a month and I have not experienced the heavy cramps I’m used to. I do feel like this period is super heavy kinda of like a cleanse. Also the Hormone detox pills have been helping so much! I have not been having issues with using the restroom. The first two days of taking them I did feel like it cleansed out my colon. The androgen pills have made a small difference with my chin hairs.

I started taking Period + PMS Repair because I am 44 yrs old and am in perimenopaise. My periods went from lasting 5 days to 15 days.
