It works perfect system, connects via bluetooth and wifi, it is very easy to set up and the re-connection is automatic. It consumes a lot of cell phone battery, so it requires it to be plugged in during use. But it's a very good product, it meets the promise.

If your on the fence about buying this product, pull the trigger and buy it. It's cheaper than their competitors. It's very easy to install. it takes about an hour to do this install. The customer service is on point. so if you have any questions they reply in a decent amount of time.
Side note:
The rear defrost button you can activate on the touchscreen.
To test the ambient light feature, turn on your headlights (don't be like me lol)

I have to say, I tried multiple different units, just trying to get wireless CarPlay and nothing worked. The units that just offer the wireless part either don’t work at all, or work if and when they feel like it.

Had a few issues at first but got it sorted out thanks to the help team at niftycity. They responded to all my emails within 5 minutes which was unbelievable. Love this product. I'm able to have an android tablet in my car and wireless android auto while still retaining all OEM functionality and appearance. I also purchased a new screen and the colors are so much better than the OEM screen. With the addition of a USB 5G modem my 2013 FX37 is totally updated. Installation wasn't that bad and customer service was excellent. I must have emailed them at least half a dozen times. They were both extremely helpful and responsive.

Shipping was super fast and installation into my 2018 Lexus RX450H was not difficult at all. The unit works as advertised and the wireless feature is also very nice to have. The overall sound output is great and the screen looks excellent. My only small complaint os that my phone charges very slowly when connected with the usb cable, hopefully that can be fixed with a future update. Otherwise, it seems to be a great unit and I’m very satisfied with its operation and ease of use.

I am really happy with the product. Takes a little while to connect each time but not anything serious. Although there is a massive couple of seconds delay with the sound in wireless mode so its only for when i need to charge my phone desperately, otherwise i’d use it with a cable.
