My husband and I both shared one bottle and it has lasted us about a month, we are down to the last of it. I also have gifted this to my parents, sister and bestie. Everyone has LOVED IT!!! I work at a dentist office and have tried our whitening products and even though they work it made my teeth super super super sensitive… this product however, it’s super easy to use, I’ve tried it a handful of times probably 3 or 4 times and my teeth have lightened sooooo much without any sensitivity at all. I liked the way Mint made my teeth feel: smooth and clean. And, as advertised, my teeth had no sensitivity upon using Mint twice daily, unlike other teeth-whitening products. However, I anticipated better whitening results, especially for $50 for 1 ounce, and since I’m a 1-cup a day coffee drinker, a nonsmoker and nonalcoholic drinker. My teeth are perhaps 1 shade lighter. Yet, I’m willing to purchase just once more for the improvement I want.

I used it for 30 days the way it was directed but have not been impressed. I do drink a lot of tea and coffee, so maybe it’s just me.
