These races are very deceptive. I'm looking at the information, and, 400 burpees? I've heard worse. 4 miles? I've done plenty, so what's the harm? All of it actually. I was sore for days after, but I'm so glad I got a chance to do this race! This race definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and has made me mentally and physically stronger after it was all said and done!
