They sent me a 7.5” that was too small I contacted them and showed them it didn’t fit they sent me a new one in 3 days FREE!!! Excellent customer SERVICE i highly recommend them and will be ordering again soon :). I love it i normally where the chains when I go out to somewhere nice or something on the bracelet, I keep on it is hard to put the bracelet on by yourself so gonna get some time, but I actually love all the products. Looks good, it's heavy and strong , I have been using mine since I got it and I have sensitive skin, I can't use anything fake because of allergies and I have no problem at all. It's really shining. I want to order a 12mm Cuban bracelet to match the 12mm chain. I got the 8mm bracelet, it's very nice , but I want the 12mm.
