I use One Love as a pre-poo and co-wash. My hair is about waist length stretched out, so detangling can be challenging. I put a little One Love on the ends of my hair before I shampoo and detangling is a breeze. I work out about 5 days a week, so I do a midweek cleansing using One Love. Never been a cowash fan until my sister highly recommended this one and it’s def one-love. I just used it earlier today and I wasn’t sure it was going to get me clean.
