Unfortunately the batches vary massively. The batch before last was fantastic, easy to stretch, great consistency and cooked perfectly. The most recent batch is a lot less stretchy, and the consistency is not smooth, but lumpy. When cooked it’s not got the same texture either, but actually quite stodgy. This has been the case since we started using your bases, but this last batch is the worst…hence the review.
