I love how soft this recliner cover is. The pockets on the left side are great for holding reading glasses, remote controls, books, whatever you need nearby. I didn’t even need to use the elastic strap (which is black) to hold the cover in place, it stays put without it. I had grown disgusted with this chair after so many juice and milk spills. I’ve had it cleaned by Stanley steamer, only to have to live with the stains and then acquire new juice stains. I have a 3 cushion sofa w/the the 2 ends being reclining, however not the middle one. I've tried several different styles including the fully fitted one, and that was the worst and hard to use, it's not for all couch styles. Great cushion covers with much flexibility. Nice fabric. My cushions are 24 by 36 and these did stretch to fit probably because the specs say the covers fit cushions up to 8 1/2 inches deep and my cushions are 5 inches deep. The elastic straps on the back are a bit thin and the clip for holding the cushion on is a very small plastic clip that needed to be turned lengthwise to hold. I have ordered other covers for my leather furniture in the past and it was impossible to keep them from slipping. As soon as we sat down the backs slipped too which exposed the top of the reclining furniture. This item works perfectly! The length of the back pieces and the straps really keep things in place. I purchased a new recliner and wanted a burgundy cover that would fit a small recliner and that was water resistant or waterproof. This cover meets those requirements. My sofa and loveseat material is starting to come apart due to age. I turned the cushions around to mask the problem but now part of the main body is starting to show as well.
