Ours came with a damaged charging cord. When I reached out to the company they apologized and assured me they would give me some Reimbursement for my troubles in getting or fixing the charger. The customer service is wonderful and prompt. Over all we are happy we rented the candy hotspot, it has helped a lot in our navigating through Ireland. I would recommend it!

I have to say it was really great hanging the wifi candy. Made finding place so much easier and not worry about international rates on my cellphone carrier. Have to say was very frustrated and upset that we paid for 2 weeks and 2 days and the last 2 days while we were in Northern Ireland it did not work which was extremely frustrating.

Was better then having the phone company's plan $12 a day times 4 lines in family, for 9 days. Has some issuses in the rural parts ireland. Gps failed in the valleys between the mountains. And didn't know which way to go.

Pocket WiFi works great, once the device was activated. Unfortunately when device was picked up, it was not set up to operate. I had to wait until I got to hotel to have WiFi so I could notify company. No phone number available to contact for service.

Very useful especially for members of our group who didn’t have international roaming. The only negative I have is that the battery ran down quicker than I expected - it lasted about 8 hours max. It would then just turn off and we wouldn’t realize it was dead until nobody could get a signal. I would still recommend it especially if you have one of those plans that charges you $10 a day or something and you have more than one phone - this saved money for sure.

After our initial scare the wifi candy is wonderful. The actual device is small and compact and the screen also small which made reading rhe pass code difficult. Because this was our only communication we were quite upset not to be able to get the wifi. Thankfully we were still in the airport wifi and able to contact wifi candy rep to help. They were quick and helpful. So far everything has been great and it works wonderfully.
