This thing was awesome. We picked it up and returned it at the airport. The instructions were easy to follow and the device worked really well everywhere we went. It is small and fit in my pocket. We spent most of our time on the Wild Atlantic Way and there wasn't one place it didn't work. I will definitely get this again for our next trip!

Pick up at the SPAR store outside of T2 Arrivals went fine. Unit works well. Battery didn’t last all day without a power source, but we could plug it into car USB and overnight at hotel. There were some slow browser speed times but not terrible. Wonder why. Would be nice to have a bit longer USB cable. Don’t know return yet as we will return on the 18th, but don’t expect a problem.

My only issue was the pickup location out of the way and hard to find when arriving in terminal 2. Took almost 45 minutes for us to find. Airport information desk had no idea where it was located.

Love it. 24 hour WIFI for 2 phones and a computer. Used navigation on phone. Only lost Wifi temporarliy a couple times in remote areas for a couple minutes. Has been great for communications, maps and internet. Picked up and dropped off at the Dublin Airport. Couldn't be simpler.

So glad we did this! Reliable service and worked almost everywhere except very rural areas of course. Helped us get around and to be able to use our phones without any concerns. Love that it was unlimited data. So easy to use and pick up and drop off. Would definitely use again.

This device worked perfect for my road trip in Ireland. Held a charge for an entire day and could easily charge overnight or in the car. We had 2 people connected at all times and it was reliable and fast. Small enough to keep in my purse when we were walking around as well. Pick up and drop off was easy and very well explained. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I rented from wifi candy. It is great to have internet access all the time-in both the Republic and in Northern Ireland. If you have multiple people in your party, wifi candy is more economical (and better service) than using your cell carrier’s international plan. The only drawback is having to pay for shipping even if you pick up/drop. Off at the airport.

Been to Ireland several times but this was the first time using WiFiCandy - it was really a great experience! WiFi service was constant, and we didn’t have to worry about international data or roaming charges. Allowing multiple devices to connect really saved money as we had a group of five. The prepaid post to return the device was perfect, and i dropped it in the post bin at the airport before flying out. I received confirmation of receipt the very next day. Would definitely recommend!

We are loving having this portable WiFi during our 6 week adventure in Europe. This is the second time I’ve used a WiFi candy and I love it! The only challenge I had this time is the vehicle we rented only had a USB-C charger and the WiFi candy ran out of battery. So, my suggestion would be to include several chargers with each machine.

Overall the WiFicandy device is a great way of getting data service without paying the exorbitant fees charged by Verizon when you're abroad. My biggest issue was remembering to either constantly charge it or just turn it off when not actively using it. But it definitely helped us out numerous times during our 2 weeks in Ireland.

This was well worth the cost! I did not have the option for a reasonable international phone plan so kept my phone in airplane mode the entire 10 days and had strong wifi nearly the whole time. This gave me access to email and social media while on our tour bus for extended periods and while out walking access to Google maps. I was planning for our trip to Ireland and a facebook group suggested wificandy. Some people suggested a SIM card but I’m not that technically savvy. The wificandy was super easy and we never didn’t have signal when we needed it. Wificandy allowed me to post pictures and stay in touch. I would highly recommend!

Used Wi-Fi Candy for our trip to Ireland and loved it! We drove all over the country and it was great to know that we'd have Wi-Fi wherever we went, especially in the many areas that did not have Wi-Fi coverage. Used it mostly for Google Maps but it was nice to be able to use the internet to look up different sites and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The WiFi system worked great! There was plenty of battery life to use the WiFi modem when walking around sightseeing! We would just charge it in the car when driving, the put it in the purse when we arrived at our destination for the day. Set up was quick and easy! We had four devices hooked up at a single time and did not miss much. It was only a little slower than we were used to for our home internet, so, I feel that that is a win!

So far so good. The service has been spot on so far on our travels. Service is quick and easily supports 4 devices as our group has all hooked up to the device. Only improvement I would suggest and I could have missed it would be a simple map of the location in terminal one as Excess Baggage sign is partially hidden in the airport. Would use again in future trips no question.

Works well. Good connection everywhere we’ve been including tip of Galley Head and Ring of Kerry. Ran out of juice in Kerry, probably because we took central route and had to ping towers a lot. Learning experience - could not access my security system at home. Finally realized I had to turn off WiFi and use my phone with U.S. VPN as ADT would not allow Irish VPN.

I booked the wificandy for a month while still in Canada. Amazing service and response from the office when I was booking. The wificandy is making traveling and touring so much easier. I am visiting Dublin from the United States. Heard about WiFi Candy from a friend. Booked a device a week prior to my arrival in Dublin. When I arrived at the airport, I went straight to the Excess Baggage Store at T2. My WiFi Candy package was waiting there. What a pleasant surprise when I also noticed a Power Bank, a power adapter, and USB multi-cable. I have been using it for two days. Works great! Everything was really good with Wifi Candy. Easy to understand and set up. It gave us perfect coverage in South Ireland. The only issue that I had was that there were no clear instructions on how to recharge, the charger. I emailed for help and received help almost immediately. That was appreciated! We had a very easy pick-up of the Wifi Candy in Dublin airport, a simple set up once in our rental car and we were on our way. The Wifi Candy worked seamlessly and allowed us to use our phones to Google map our way around Ireland in a stress-free manner.
