I get these chocolates for my fiancée every year for her birthday (sometimes for holidays as well). She loves them so much and says Annie Rupani is her favorite chocolatier. I got three bars in this order, but was particularly intrigued by the Ruby one. It is everything you could want and more! The freeze dried berries give a powerful punch of flavor while still having a sort of freshness to it, and the creamy chocolate is the perfect vessel for it. Never had anything like it! Each piece was a work of art, both visually and in terms of flavors and textures. I absolutely loved the Passionfruit Tajin Mendiants! When I ordered them, I wondered if the tajin spice would overwhelm the passionfruit flavor that I love. It does not, it just enhances the flavor! I also was a bit unsure about the fruit on top being too chewy. It all worked perfectly! They are tart, sweet, bright, tangy and have just a touch of salt! I highly recommend these delicious treats and plan to order more.

He got it while I was out of town on a work trip (on purpose) and he waited for me to get home to eat any. (I would not have been so kind!)
