Without doubt these are the finest and most practical sheers for EMS use; lightweight, flat, no complicated parts or lock systems and big openings for gloved hands. I own several and have given as gifts monogramed versions to crew members. My only recommendation is to consider some type of low profile holster/carrier that would slide into a uniform pocket rather than through belts loops. Great work - keep it up

Love my seatbelt cutter. I use it for a box/letter opener right now. It's small enough to fit in my pocket all day long without feeling bulky. Some days I don't even remember it's in my pocket. Making sure I stay equipped if any tragedy happens that I need to cut my seatbelt off of me or a family member!!

These are great multi use shears! This is my third purchase. Because you can never have too many pair of shears. I have 2 seperate bags with shears and EDC the third pair. Best in the business! The last pair of shears you will ever need to buy!

Coming from the Ghost Pro I expected nothing less of OS's proven cutting power and ergos. The V2 doesn't disappoint. I use it as my back up shears when the Pros are being oiled. I can't say enough that I am happy to find trauma shears that do NOT have any hot spots. These are very good shears. They cut more effectively than my Raptor shears; other brands like ADC and cheaper units can't compare in quality or efficiency. World's best trauma shears. I've had a number of different shears and none are as durable, sturdy, and cut as well. I keep them in my turnout gear for medicals but they could absolutely be used to cut through wires in an entanglement situation making them that much more useful.
