The Snug Kicks are okay. Pretty cheaply made and more expensive than they should be for the quality.
Customer service didn't exisit. My parcel took forever to arrive, so I contacted Snug Kicks multiple times via their support email address, and the contact form on their website. Radio silence every time.
I've got the product, decent for winter, wouldn't order again.
