Only 2 days after putting the tag on my supposed-to-be-indoor but wanna-be-outdoor kitty, I received a call from someone 7 streets away that he had an unexpected visitor sleeping in his kid’s bed. Both of us were amazed at how well the system worked. I’m buying 2 more for the pups that we foster.

This is really neat. I don't think that it replaces a microchip, but it is certainly a GREAT adjunct to it. If my boyo is found at night, when the vet is closed, people can scan this, and call me instantly.........saving me hours of worry. The microchip will prove that he is indeed mine. Love it!

It's very light weight & she never even knew we put it on her collar! We feel so good that if she got lost that someone would see the tag & find her way back home! It's amazing!!

Love the new tag, but I’m wondering how long it will last! My dog has three or four tags on his collar and I noticed daily wear and tear that the QR code seems to fade, so maybe that’s something to think about.

Super easy to set up! Our dog just ran up to the neighbors and we couldn't find her. He used the tag and called my husband immediately. It was great! The only think I wish is that there was an option to customize it somehow to have their name printed on it so if someone was able to get close to a skittish dog to see the name, they could call the dog by their name right away. Might help nervous dogs in the moment. Thanks!

We bought one for my puppy’s travel collar and it gave me such a peace of mind! It’s so nice to know that if she got lost someone would be able to know she’s not from the area. We were on the beach, playing in the water and in the sand, for over a week and the tag still looks brand new! I have one for her home collar too. She wears it every day and it also looks brand new! I’ll never ever not have one of these! They’re so amazing.

This was so fast and easy to set up. I love the information you can add for others to see if they find your fur baby. I even tested it out by scanning and response was immediate.

This little device makes me feel like I’ve taken another step to keep my precious girl safe. She also has a microchip but she’d have to be taken to a vet or shelter to have it scanned. With this tag, just scanning it their phone, all of her and my contact information is available. It gives peace of mind 😊🐾🐾

I like that the QR code is encased in a clear layer, and that you get a text, whenever the code is scanned. That you can add additional information, like chip/rabies tag number, is pretty cool. An extra layer of security that's cute to boot.

It is so cute !! But more importantly it’s so easy to put in information, and LOTS of it. I love that you’re able to put in behavioral information if your fur baby does well with dogs, children, or other cats. I thought this was genius because in case my cat was lost, whoever found him would know how to take care of him while I come to get him. Also, I LOVE how IMMEDIATE the notifications were and how I was given exact location (longitudes and latitudes) of my cat’s location. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Though Walter is not a fan of having his picture taken, his tag looks good. He became muddy while playing outside a few days ago. I thought for sure his ByteTag was going to be scratched up based on how much rolling in the dirt he had done. I cleaned it off, and it does not have a scratch on it. I love how affordable it is and gives me assurance that my dog will never be lost. I mean hopefully not but the app is very cool, straightforward and informative. So far we love out Byte tag. This allows so much information to be viewed once it’s scanned. My favorite feature is that if someone scans the QR code I will receive a notification right away. It gives me a piece of mind incase Chicho were to ever get lost.

The product came very quickly after ordering and was easy to put on my dogs. I played around with it as though they were lost and it totally works without an app anyone can use it I think it's amazing! I used to pay a monthly service fee for lost dogs in case my puppies ran because one of them is an Explorer! With this there is no monthly subscription and anyone can use it!

My cats are microchipped, but I decided that upon learning about ByteTag I decided that I wanted to get them to put on their collars. With ByteTag I can easily update the information within minutes without logging into my computer. I love that their apps in on my phone and I always have all their information with me. I have many adventures planned that my cats will be going on with me, so that is very important to me. I was super excited to get them.

Great idea. Avoid waiting for someone to get to a vet to check for a tag, scan the UR code and your contact information is available instantly. Even allows for the person finding your pet the ability to send you their location.

Absolutely love this byte tag! It is the perfect size for my cats small collar! The profile interface is clean with a great user experience! From choosing a user photo, writing a bio to adding specific health information about my cat, this bio provides so much! I am happy to know that if someone were to find my cat and scan her code they would have all the information they would need to get her back to us or help her in an emergency situation! This would make an incredibly thoughtful gift!

This is a great product. Definitely love knowing our dogs have this extra identification when we are on our adventures. We take them kayaking, camping, and hiking all the time. I love that I don’t have to worry about adding in all of the different tags, for rabies, our address, our phone number, his information, etc. its one tag, it doesn’t bother him, he wears it to daycare, and everybody asks about it!

I was excited to have a tag that actually will give the finder information about me if my dog gets lost. Sometimes people have to a day or 2 before going to get the dog chip scanned, but with ByteTag they can get instant information. I hope my dog never gets lost, but if he does, I feel comfortable about having the ByteTag on him. Thank you for the peace of mind and very reasonable price.

Absolutely love the Byte Tag! so easy to set up and looks adorable. i tried it out by scanning it and immediately i received a notification email and text informing me that someone scanned the tag and gave me my dogs exact location. and the device i scanned it on showed me all the information i had set up in the app so that the person can contact me and see my dogs information. Best investment i’ve made for my fur baby!

I bought 3 silicone tags for my pup and my daughters pups. Two of them survived. One of the dogs is a chewer and chewed his. We did purchase another one but it was the metal one. The set up was easy and I like how you can add a bio, behavior, health and vet information. You can also add more than one contact number and your information is easy to change if you move ore get a new phone number. I am recommending these to my family and friends.
