I purchased this Byte tag after reading about it on my NextDoor app. I felt like it would be an added protection and benefit in the event my kitty Toby ever went missing. It was easy to set up and I now feel like anyone can scan the disc if Toby ever gets out of the house unexpectedly.

Love 💕 this!!!! Now my Zeke has three forms of identification. His microchip, his name tag with phone number and now the byte tag!!! It would be awesome if the tag came with a ring to make it easier to put on the collar. I wasn’t able to put a ring on it so I used a zip tie.

While not a good photo of the byte tag. It’s perfectly captures the reason we bought it. We love our cats like they are human children, therefore they think they are humans and that they can demand love from any human even when they take themselves for daily walks. We have had two pings from the tags being scanned, both were from 2 neighbors down the street that one cat thinks he can sucker in to giving free food and pets.

Very happy I decided to purchase a Byte tag for my dog. It was simple to set up and we even gave it a test run…. And it worked exactly as it was supposed to. Very happy for this added protection for my furbaby.
My only wish is that the ring used to hang on her collar wasn’t so cheap and flimsy. I attached the Byte tag with a stronger ring.

Moved out to the country and saw people on social media posting pictures of lost dogs. Most all had a flea collars, but no identification. Saw these and ordered one for each of my 4 dogs. All of my dogs are chipped, but I find this to be a simple solution to having to take the dog to a Vet to get the chip scanned and a speedier recovery of our pets. I highly recommend BYTE TAG.

They are laminated so the tag has no change of getting ruined through every day play especially with her younger brother. I did remove the smaller ring and put the tag on the bigger ring to the collar just to be safe with our rambunctious puppy, the smaller ring didn’t seem durable enough to not lose the byte tag. I saw an ad for these and I decided to get them because they are a great idea! We live in the city and the boys have gotten out before and having these on them brings me a little more piece of mind if it were to happen again. I'm very happy with the Byte tag. Cute designs. We scanned the qr code and was immediately notified that it was scanned. A GPS locates exactly where the tag was scanned. This is a must have! Awesome deal.

My only suggestion: print the pets’ name on the tag.
Instead of “ByteTag” on the front. That way if a pet was lost, they would be able to call it by its name prior to scanning the code.

A safe dog is a happy dog☺️ I love this tag!!! Knowing that if my dog ever got lost (god forbid), I would be less worried with his Byetag on him and anyone could scan and share his location with me. It also helps that it shares important info like he’s microchipped, not aggressive, and has a loving family looking for him.

I bought 2 tags for my dogs. Very easy to set up. Had a family member scan and immediately got text about being scanned and a general location. Then right away there was an email with an EXACT location. Love this idea. My dogs are chipped but this gives the opportunity to get your pet back sooner as the dog doesn't need to be carried someplace to be checked for microchip. Recommend to everyone!!... my hubby wants to put one on his Keychain lol.
