So far, I have not needed to use it but I have asked people to scan it to test it out. I get notifications and they can see everything they need.
I do wish it was a little bit smaller. On my small dog it is really big and dangles.

We got this tag because our dog Ginger likes to bite at the reflection of the metal tags. This helps, but I think I am going to get the rubber one that fits around the collar.

This tag does not discolor my dogs fur like the metal tags do. It’s light, cute, and quiet! All the info you would have on three dog tags (identification, license, rabies vaccine) is put into one with additional places to add more info about your pet and how someone can contact you. A perfect size for my small dog. It fits on my 5/8" collar and was extremely easy to put on. It doesn't bother her, doesn't make her scratch, and most importantly it doesn't make noise! It's easy to set up and while I've only had it a short time, it seems like a pretty solid print job that's not going to be scratched off in the near future. That’s what Byte tag has done for me & my pup. As someone who travels often, bringing Neo with me, this is so relieving to know all my contact info, my husbands contact info and my moms is attached to him.
Microchipping helps, but not everyone will go out of their way to bring your pet into the vet if lost.
And if they scan the tag, I’ll be notified = amazing.

I ordered the dangle tags first, but found the slide is so much better for a small dog collar. Our little guy is less than 11 pounds and has a small neck. He is also a puppy and can’t handle anything that dangles without trying to bite it. So the slide is perfect. I wish I could return the others!

It is super light weight and fits our dogs collar perfectly. I love that it doesn't clank on her neck when she funds or shakes her head.
After registering the tag I tested it by scanning it myself. Instant notification and pin pointed where she was. Gave accurate location and her profile when it popped up would be been helpful if someone had actually found her.

The Bytetag is pretty awesome. All the tags that I've gotten before this one have turned Finley's white fur grey and become so worn that they no longer read correctly. I also love that this tag is super quiet!

I typically don't put any tags on Skippy's collar as they clink and distract him and then he starts trying to chew on them! With the Byte Tag he doesn't even know it's there! Since day 1, he's never even noticed it and it's nice not to hear him jingling every time he moves around!
