The Balance tea came nicely packaged with instructions and details about your company and the special paper that is hand made from Nepal. The ingredients in the tea are unlike the commercial Chai teas that I am accustomed to. The flavors are incredibly aromatic. I would suggest using 1 to 2 teaspoons since it is quite concentrated. The great part about that is- it will last much longer than you think. Thank you Backpack Buddha!

Hello Backpack Buddha, I decided to make my Meditation tea the conventional way. I used 1 teaspoon of tea and let it steep for about 4 to 5 minutes in my small tea pot. I added a splash of oat milk, and it was terrific! By the way, I did make the tea following the instructions and found it to be too strong and quite concentrated. I love my chakra mala beads! This is the second strand I have purchased. This strand is a little shorter than the green jade stone mala strand, so when I put it on as a bracelet, it feels a little tight. I wish it were 1/2"-1" longer so it wears a little more comfortably. I love the feeling of wearing my prayers -- each bead a repetition of my mantram. Thank you for your wonderful products. I'm sure I will purchase again in the future!

It is beautiful and I love it. My only concern is that the elastic is not very tight and allows for a lot of stretching. It feels like it could break easily however the beads are perfect and the colors are vibrant. The energy is spectacular. I felt it immediately when I unwrapped it from the packaging. I am very happy with my decision to purchase.

I love this Mala. The stones are real and are beautiful red/orange connecting with the root chakra. The beads have just enough weight to have an anchoring effect to aid in mindfulness without getting in the way. I have bought several other Backpack Buddha malas and they are all high quality. They fit my wrist perfectly wrapped three times without being tight......I have a larger wrist. The elastic is strong, durable, and stretchy. Also it comes in a nice cloth bag to protect it. I love this pendant! It's very light, I never take it off although I should to shower. I also love the quality of the silver as I'm allergic to nickel which is usually in the clasp of any necklace. These don't have it. It makes it this much easier, and worth the purchase to indulge in my spiritual practice.

I have a large face. Every mask I have tried either doesn't cover my nose, or doesn't feel secure under my chin. These masks, without the flaps would be the same, but the little flaps help so so much and make this mask actually fit my large face. I cannot reccomend these enough. I've bought every color variant as of yet. These are wonderful.
