I decided to make my Meditation tea the conventional way. I used 1 teaspoon of tea and let it steep for about 4 to 5 minutes in my small tea pot. I added a splash of oat milk, and it was terrific!
By the way, I did make the tea following the instructions and found it to be too strong and quite concentrated.
I would recommend using only 2 teaspoons, (not 2 TB,) to one cup of water.
