The only thing that threw me off was I always checked back to see when the blanket would be shipped and it never updated on the site and just said processing, it never said shipped. Then one day it was here! Takes a couple weeks but definitely worth it and it was a nice surprise.

I love, love, love the way this looks. My only complaint is that it is VERY tight, and it takes me several minutes to get it on or off, as it's hard to pull over my head/hair. I don't think I have a big head, and my hair is long, but it's not very thick at all.

This third canvas came out a bit darker than the rest--- I reached out to their support and they were really helpful but the replacement came out the same. I think light doesn't react well to it. Still looks beautiful on its own but next to the others it seems less detailed. Love how the three make my wall look though! Looking forward to buying more.

My only complaint is that when ordering online, I wish there was an area to choose the SIZE of the photo print you'd like rather than just preview pictures because the previews are misleading for sizing. The checkout experience is confusing and potentially off putting. Taking 4 clicks to go through ads, requests for other products, donations, etc. must have pretty bad conversion. There's also a spelling error in one of the screens which doesn't inspire confidence. I only say this because I love the product so much and feel that the site could do more business if the check out process was cleaner and simpler
