Perfect, the only problem I had was the packaging wasn't the best. When I received the package I was worried it was damaged, and seeing the inside of the box I wouldn't have been surprised if it had been. That being said it was not damaged. And I am very happy with the product.

The artist did an amazing job drawing of puppy photo of my dog. Since it was 15 years ago, I only had a few pictures of our dog when he was a puppy, and they all had someone else in the photo. I sent all 3 pictures I had, and the artist captured him perfectly. I loved having the option to buy a digital copy! Mug quality was great!
