This is the second time ordering b/c my first jar was amazing. However, on this second order, 2 jars this time, it appears that they changed the formula. The smell is even totally different. This formula caused my scalp to itch to the point that I can’t use it. They need to go back to the original formula.

The package was delivered to an incorrect address. I called the shipper before tou actually shipped it and I reached out to you. So I bought the huge jar it is hard not smooth like I see on the advertisement, it stinks too ( I have seen comments where people say it smells good like mint?) I don't know what they are smelling. I don't know if it works will continue to use it but a little goes along way because when ran under hot water to melt the block of grease it turns into a runny oil, after use it solidifies back into a hard jar of grease. I have to run it under hot water for each use. I think I wouldn't have too much ...

I wanted to like this product but it was a disappointment.. Yes real direction on the product itself.. had to guess. It doesn’t wash completely out completely either. After the hair is dry and you brush it, residue is still in the hair and falls out like flakes. Would not buy this product again.
