I was a little disappointed in the sizes or mt products received especially my shea Butter i have many several brands and has been using both cocoa butter& shea butter for 45 year's of my life not to mention my Mama & GrandMa has been using theses products on me long before i have. My first week using the product I thought the container would be larger for the price. It was more a grease than a whipped butter. It did minimize shedding after the first week. Little goes a long way. I try to focus more on my ends and scalp. Once it hardens you have to warm it up in the microwave for about 35 seconds.

I didn't like the fact that I tried to pump it out and nothing came out. Decided to open it and you had put in a pump that was too long , actually one that you folded up and put it in the bottle. I had to then cut ✂️ 😪 it for it to fit in the bottle. Not good at all, please never do that again. Please put the right size pump in ur products. 😔🤔

The hair moisture could be a little more creamy and the oil is too thick. The oil doesn't spray out the bottle do to it being thick and I have to heat it up under hot water and pour it in my hand to apply on hair. What I also did was pour some of the oil in the hair moisture to get it more creamy. I just received my product last week and can't say if it would agree with my hair as of yet. Please give tips on using these products.
