I only received A PART of my order from Omez, I'm still missing my Ylang Protein Serum for 15.99 that which I ordered in addition to the hair growth pack. I am not pleased, I have reached out to the customer service team since April 27th, no reply. No body will talk to me.

Since using this product, my hair has improved with less dryness and breakage. There is strength and formation even when my hair is in protective styles.

I can't tell if its working for me. The product is hard and I have a hard time seeing the effects or what its suppose to do. Would be nice if it was soft. It's only been a couple weeks so let me get used to it.

I did not receive the spray nozzles for my oils to spray out. My shampoo does not lather and condition and shampoo are not the same size as the picture. One is small and the other tall. And I purchased the 75.00 order.
