So much more convenient than the sachets, particularly for travelling! Works just as well too. No trouble switching from the sachets to the capsules. Only comment would be that capsules are quite large to swallow which might be difficult for some to manage - personally, not a problem.

Omg this is a miracle in a sachet. I cannot tell you how much this has helped with my gut problems. I no longer have to rush to the toilet especially in the morning. I got my water wealth in the post the day after I ordered it (nice and prompt!) and I've been drinking it everyday since. I've tried electrolytes in the past but found them to taste of sulpher and quickly stopped drinking them. Git wealth has a lovely flavour and it's been helping me stay hydrated in the heat recently. The flavour is fab - I've been having half a scoop in the morning and half a scoop in the afternoon. I was also delighted to find the wee scoop in the bag...added bonus!

Happy with these sachets after a long time with irritated IBS flares. The difference I'm noticing to my IBS is very clear - I’ve gone from it being in my mind all the time and affecting most decisions when leaving the house to really not thinking about it. Of course I will gradually reintroduce more foods and such but I can’t over state just how different I feel daily. I like the lovely citrus flavour too. Not too sweet.
