Omg this is a miracle in a sachet. I cannot tell you how much this has helped with my gut problems. I no longer have to rush to the toilet especially in the morning. I've been using these little sachets. I'm now on my 4th month I can't tell you how much these little sachets has helped my Ibs D problem I've tried most things it's really settled it down 99% . If you suffer from gut issues like I have pain bloating etc. Give it a go. It's much better than taking tablets it tastes great. Happy with these sachets after a long time with irritated IBS flares. The difference I'm noticing to my IBS is very clear - I’ve gone from it being in my mind all the time and affecting most decisions when leaving the house to really not thinking about it. Of course I will gradually reintroduce more foods and such but I can’t over state just how different I feel daily. I like the lovely citrus flavour too. Not too sweet.
