They responded right away, kept me informed on every step. The jewelry is beautiful, just as pictured and described. The jewelry is of good quality. I bought it for my son's car, who's very special lady friend to him passed away too soon in her life and he's having an Unbearable time with the passing. So when I saw the wings with that saying it's all I could do to make him feel better and he absolutely loves it. So he added the chain to it. I can't tell you how much it has helped him in His grieving process.

I was very impressed with the quality and beauty of the ornament. The writing on back of the wings was a big enough font so no squinting to read it. I placed my mom's pic in the center fits perfect. Apparently when I took the pic the cell phone cover I have is teal and it changed the crystals color maki g them look blue in the center. Just love it ordered a second one. I love showing it off.
