An error on the date was made once I ordered my bracelet, so I emailed the company to see if they could fix it. They replied right away and said that they could correct it. I was very surprised at how quickly they responded. I was a little nervous that it would not be fixed due to me talking through email, but when I received my bracelet in 2 weeks, it was perfect.
