The ordering process was a bit difficult. I would have given up, except I specifically wanted the product. Customer service was very good. I was advised there were some website glitches which had since been resolved. Love the quality of the fabric. However, The product does not look like the photo. Firstly, the fabric appears that it is white and is dyed, so any amount of stretch in the fabric greys out the pants.
