I really like the fit and feel of the vest. I've tried other brands but this vest has the best feel. The zipper doesn't pinch or bind during a workout. It does run a bit small but I order a size up for the proper wear during a good workout.

Shipping was quick within a week. Love the material. Wear womens sz 8 and order XL. Fits really nice. Runs small order up. Have a belly that I need to lose. Wore the belt first day that I received, but did not workout. Day 2 jumped on treadmill for 1/2 hr 7 laps and true to what you read it does a really good job of making you sweat. I will be using daily and taking more pics to see results of my belly. So far I love it and will recommend.

Definitely helps get the sweat going. The neck hole is gigantic, I'd have liked it more streamlined. That said, getting a slimmer necked neoprene shirt off (aka a wetsuit top) is really hard when full of sweat. So overall i'm happy.

The L/XL fits me perfectly it is snug and love it. Of course, you’ve got workout using this to work. It really helps me sweat 3x more than just wearing my gym clothes. TBH, I’ve already lost over 20lbs for the last 2.5 months using this while working out. I didn’t diet. I still am eating the same food but with moderation and plenty of water.
