Zip up version is the best. Easy to put on and wear when working out. I wear a tee-shirt over the top. This is my second. The first was a tad tight, a little too tight but not uncomfortable. My second one I made sure to get a larger size and that's made a world of difference. You will really perspire and the best part you won't drip, till you take it off.
