I've only worn it three times, and it's been surprisingly okay. I tried wearing it for the entire workout, about an hour and a half, but once I got to the cardio portion, which lasted 20 minutes, I realized I should have just worn it for that. I use it because I tend to sweat a lot more, especially during a workout. At first, the material feels a bit tacky and cold, but it becomes very comfortable as it settles on your skin.
