Love the design . I did struggle a bit for a beginner . I choose to do all the same fabric which did make it easier for me to do . Sadly when I printed the directions at Staples page 12 was missing . Super sturdy and fits everything I need . Thank you

I thank you for the patterns. I was able to use 3 different closures. 1). Elastic that go over ears. ). One piece of elastic around the back of head and 3)corded ties. I started with 4, but ended up with only 2 that was sufficient. Also most of the masks are reversible. Love it!!! Thx again

I don't have a lot of experience with lined bodices but this pattern was easy to follow. The double skirt makes this dress stand out. I still have the sash to sew to complete this project, just waiting to find the perfect fabric to do so. I recommend this pattern.

I love this onsie! Between the lovely pattern and the material I had a tough time giving it away at a baby shower. The instructions were easy to follow and I really appreciate the reinforced snaps, it looks great and I don't have to worry about my finished item breaking on the unsuspecting diaper changer!

I made this pillow for my very pregnant daughter in law and made it as a complete pillow with the optional belly support as a separate removable pillow. (I did not make the separate nursing pillow as she has one already.) It took me a few hours to piece the pattern together but now I have it to use more than once if I wish! I used the polyester fibrefill stuffing of one pillow I had already plus I bought two jumbo pillows each $4.97 at walmart and deconstructed them. For the casing I used two ...

I was pleased with the quality of the pattern and instructions. I have not done any clothing construction for several years so it took a bit to get out of quilt mindset. I didn't bother with a seam guide so my seams are a bit wonky but that didn't cause a problem. Instructions were clear enough that a beginning sewer could make the wrap. I made mine out of flannel so I did clip curves. I do wish I had marked a few additional matching points since I was working with flannel but the wrap went to...

I made my swaddler a little different using vintage fabrics and using one fabric for the inside and another for the outside. I love the pattern and it was simple to make!

I love this leggings pattern for boys and have made 4 and will be making more. The pattern is great. I especially like how the waist turned out with the back higher than the front. It was easy to cut out and the directions were so clear and easy to understand. I am making the cowl top for the grandsons for Christmas and they will have new leggings that coordinate. Thanks for a great pattern!

I made a pair of shorts for my son and I loved the pattern. I have made shorts before but this pattern was so simple and I loved how she had the hem cut out. I highly recommend this pattern. Also plus was the trim vs comphy size in one pattern:) This is especially good if you cloth diaper! Thank you!

This was fun to do! As you can see, the Claire Flower pattern was used in conjunction with a reversible jumper. I decided to 'hide' the elastic in a casing. I measured a strip of fabric that was 1 1/2" wide and 1 1/2 lengths of the elastic. My grandmother, who taught me how to sew, also taught me to not be afraid to make something my own. I prefer the finished look of the headband rather than the elastic showing. Either way, the use of pictures in addition to well-written instructions have made ...

My sister-in-law is pregnant with her first child and will need a pillow pretty soon, so I found this pattern online. It's versatile and easy to make and so comfortable! I'll be making one for myself as soon as we're ready to have a baby. The pattern was easy to follow, easy to alter, and easy to customize (I added a zipper to the side of each pillow in case we needed to add or remove Poly-fil for comfort). Fantastic sewing project! I also posted about it on my blog and credited MammaCanDoIt.com...

The tutorial part of the pattern was excellent and walked me through every step of the process, I was quite impressed. I used two bedsheets I purchased at a thrift store to make this pillow at a very low cost. I found that the stuffing/filling at Wal-Mart here in Canada was actually more expensive than at the local fabric store, so Canadians, do shop around! It was a bit challenging to find a large enough space to do all the marking and cutting, and needless to say at this size, any .pdf patter...

My sister and I did a ton of research before landing on this method of cloth diapering. I am a very experienced seamstress; still, these came together so quickly and easily that I'm sure any beginner with a sewing machine would have NO problem making them! I would recommend practicing with some really old/grungy t-shirts first to get your technique down, then move on to the good ones. Can't wait to try them on the baby, and love finding a good use for old recycled t-shirts that aren't quilt-wort...

I am basically a beginner sewer with no complex skills but I was able to make this dress in my toddler's nap time, except hemming it. It looks so cute and I'm making a Claire Flower headband to go with it. I also used the left over fabric to make my toddler a shirt so now I'll have 2 cute coordinating kids in winter. These patterns are simple to use and have clear directions to follow. Even as a relatively simple sewer I've had no problem following these and I'm extremely happy with the outc...

I made a couple for my daughter who is due to put in her appearance in a couple of months and then photocopied it bigger and made one for my son. It's so simple to make and quick too. I used old tshirts for my daughters ones and some knit fabric from my stash for the bigger sized one. They are so awesome!

I caught a nasty cold , coughing, sneezing...and I didn't want to miss church so I sewed this for myself. It worked like a charm! The instructions were very clear, I enjoyed sewing the mask and my pastor thanked me for me for wearing it. He said he wished everyone was that thoughtful. Thank you for a great pattern!

I'm a novice at sewing and this was the first piece of clothing I've ever made — for myself or my daughter. It turned out really, really well! The hardest part for me was sewing the sharp turn around the straps because my machine doesn't have great control at slowing down the speed. I plan to make more of these, and when I do, I will cut the fabric wide around the straps, sew the line, and then trim off the excess fabric, which will allow me to have something to hold onto while I turn that tight...

I sewed a dress for my granddaughter and wanted a matching outfit for a doll. This little headband finished off the outfit nicely. Very easy pattern and quick to execute. I don't yet have the perfect doll, therefore excuse the look on my homemade one. My cutie is only 21 days old so no model for that dress either! Thank you for the free pattern and keep those coming.

Thanks for the great sleep sack pattern! I whipped up one for a baby shower gift and loved it so much I had to make two more for my nephew. There are a lot of baby sleep sack patterns out there, so for those who are on the fence about which one to buy, here is my pro/con list about this one: PRO: The snap shoulder closure means that you can lay it completely flat in the baby's bed making dressing so easy - no wrestling those little arms into armholes. The adjustable sizing is a great money and ...

I love my pillow! I have ever had a pregnancy pillow but wasn't about to spend $60 on one, so this was a lifesaver! I already had all of the fabric, so I only needed stuffing! It went together easily and rather quickly! I'm so glad I purchased this pattern!

Despite the upside down fabric I love this item! It's only the second thing I have made by myself and it was really simple to make and very useful. I did make it bigger than the pattern as my daughter has a lot of soft toys (see photo)! I had a. It if trouble pulling the straps right side out but have now googled and found a better technique so will use that next time. Now to make one for my other daughter....!

My Wife and I jokingly call this project "Daddy can do it too". I found this pattern very easy to follow, any issues are all on me. I can not speak for how well they can"do the do" but I have confidence the diapers will work just fine. Everyone who see these comment on how well designed they are, especially the sizing buttons. Excellent Pattern Elizabeth! -Chris Daddy to be.
