I tie it normally when I’m not too worried about things staying in place, and I loop the ties around the straps when I want a little more security. I got a medium, and it’s definitely full coverage. I think I could also fit a small if I want a bit more spotlight on the girls

Only thing is I went based off Benoa’s sizing last season and ordered up a size (Medium) but Benoa is now true to size and I should’ve gotten a small but the medium doesn’t fit too big, only a little! But i love the print and love Benoa <3

The cups fit just like all other benoa suits, so definitely size up if you’re in between sizes or have larger breasts. Super duper cute.

seriously so obsessed with the north top. i like tops with more coverage/support and the north top provides both of those with comfort as well. i usually wear a medium in benoa tops but sized up to a large for this top and i am so glad i did. i usually wear a size 34 B & C or 36 B & C in bras and so i usually can wear mediums and larges. i love the support and coverage this top gives. also, the lani print is absolutely more stunning in person and definitely my favorite benoa print ever to exist....

I was a little worried that the bikini was going to be too big but I ended up sizing up to a large and it fit perfect. The medium definitely would have been too small. The bikini is very adjustable so if anything I definitely recommend sizing up.
