Terrible customer service and terrible company. Ordered an aluminum version, was told parts were missing and won’t be restocked so the keyboard won’t ship. I was told the order would be cancelled, and I get my money back. I still haven’t received a response and still haven’t gotten my money back, I want my $300 back.

The keyboard is actually really nice, the branding is great and the keyboard looks awesome, I will point out some key features that I dislike though. As the whole base is backlit I am unable to see the key letters at night time as the letters are not transparent, also the rgb is seamless only just peeking through the cracks of the extremely tight keys. The switches do seem to be really soft and with a 0.1mm actuation the keys still to not respond, especially space bar. It almost seems like the k...
