These 3 things along with almond milk, peanut butter powder and bananas helped to get my cholesterol back under control. It went from 223 to 183 in 2 months. I absolutely love this protein power and will be a customer for life. I do 2 protein shakes a day, healthy snacks like pistachios and apples, and one meal.
