The external box was crushed but the box containing the vanity was intact and unharmed. The vanity is beautiful in its elegant lines and sophisticated hardware. We love it. It arrived earlier than expected, which meant installing was able to be done that much sooner. Excellent in every way!

The customer communication has been fantastic and we feel like we are in good hands with Teodor. Everything has been expertly handled so far be Teodor. They delayed shipping for us. Receiving 2 vanities was a breeze, they were placed in our garage safely by the carrier company. We haven't installed them yet, new build. Both vanities are white oak and look beautiful. We love having drawers in kitchens and bathrooms and soft close is great.

Product well packaged. Looks great. Some assembly, would be helpful to have more instructions on assembly and function of drawers. Perhaps templates for handles supplied. Note back is fully closed — which is what I wanted but needed to make holes for drains. Overall great product.
