Although it was nice quality and the crystals were beautiful I could not hang it on my mirror because the loop at the end was too small, my pinky finger could barely get in it! Ordered this on August 11 of 2020 and I have still yet to receive anything other than a confirmation number I have email four times called the number that’s listed on the website got voicemail left a voicemail I know I have yet to return anything from either communications this is ridiculous you take someone’s money for a product at the way well over a month to hear anything back about why you haven’t got your product bullshit!!!! Would not recommend this site to anyone
