I wear each on the 3rd figure of each hand at the same time ensuring that they are facing each other, essentially keeping an eye out of what is between, my body and soul. The easy adjustment for me to get them to fit comfortably is great. I had the one of the left before I got the one on the right.. the one on the left Is definitely a watered down version.. right away I could see the difference.. the one from BP which is the one on the right was also heavier.. you can definitely tell the difference between the real and the fake.. all my bracelets are coming from buddhapower from now on.. but it would help if they had size options
