It breaks my heart to write a review about how disappointing my experience was with Vanity Makeup. I purchased the Masterclass and when I logged in, there was no content available. At first, I thought it was an IT issue, but there was no response AT ALL to any of my messages and emails over the past 3 weeks. I really liked the two sided contouring brush. I’m now using this brush on all of my clients. I’m a professional makeup artist and this brush is a essential tool for me with my everyday work. However the brush sheds a little. That could be because it’s new. Time will tell.

Shipping took forever. In fact, Im fairly sure my order was forgotten. It was estimated to be delivered on January 8 but didn't even get a shipping confirmation until three weeks later. Palette is ok but different than it looks in photos. Im a bridal artist. Not sure how much use I will get out of it which is disappointing considering how expensive it was

I’ve been waiting to purchase both the face and nose contour brushes because the videos make them look like they blend your contour flawlessly… these completely removed my contour and didn’t blend anything. I’ve tried cream as well as powder contour and it literally just wipes it off. I’m assuming it’s because of the synthetic bristles… don’t waste your money.

It’s comfortable and I like it’s softness, but I bought it on the statement it won’t leave brush marks. Well you can see brush stokes, tried just pressing softly and still leaves small noticeable lines in my opinion! I still like the brush just not for applying foundation! Will use for something else.

I placed an order weeks ago and it never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no help or resolution. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is completely unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company's incompetence. Avoid at all costs.
