It took a long time to receive. Began to receive requests for feedback before receiving the devise. I stated in my first review that I didn’t receive the devise. Finally started to receive updates to the mailing process after my review. So, I’m not sure if it was then mailed out or if it was the original that just took forever.
I will not purchase from this company again. I advise you stay on top of the time it takes.

I would like a refund or one that works. This has no suction- my brother has Parkinsons and often chokes on food, and I tried it with him and it did nothing except bring a little mucous in his nose forward :( I couldn't help him! Tonight we had the same issue, and no suction. I tried to put a bag around the mask with a cashew in it (like your promotional video) to see if anything would happen and it didn't even move.
