You could improve by responding to your customers. I purchased a one button anti choking device on 07/14/2026 and received it approximately three weeks later. I cut and apple stem about one-half inch long and placed it on the table. I then placed the device over it and pushed the button. The device opened about halfway without moving the apple stem. Not NovaCare’s fault other than not providing better packing protection but the package was crushed upon receipt. The adult mask was deflated as a result. Not sure if we can use the adult mask.
I ordered 2 others for relatives which arrived quickly and in good shape in different locations. My package took weeks to arrive.
