Amazing experience, though the shipping was delayed and I had to wait over a month but as soon as they obtained tamtam they immediately sent and upgraded my shipping to express (although they did forgot to sent me the tracking code) but everything is all good and I was really surprised when it arrived T^T thank u so much - I hoped you’d restock on the small tamtam keychain too I regret not ordering it as well

My only complaint is that it arrived with some of the corners bent/creased. And the photocards had some details on the back but nothing terrible. Arrived from Tokyo to Buenos Aires in just under a month, so pretty good! 🫶🏻

Sorry my review is very late for this product. This super cute BT21 Spring Sakura Cooky Plush Doll came to in the mail in tact and placed in a bubble wrap envelope very well. It took quite awhile for it to arrive, as it was shipped direct from Japan. :) I didn't mind it at all, as it was WELL WORTH the wait! It is super precious, I loved it and the shipment super fast, I thought it would come until April and no, everything was very fast I would have liked the top shorter but I can still cut it or I can double it, the size I recommend that you ask for a bigger one, I am size and the size M I fit very well, although I don't know if the S would have been fairer or I would not have stayed but that's how it was in my case The quality is great and worth 100%
