I noticed a difference in my milk supply within 3 days. My son was seriously milk drunk which we only experienced with formula feeding. They are delicious, alll the cookies. The boobie blends great too! I love the chocolate blend in my protein shake/smoothies. So quick and easy. I literally ate 6 bags of cookies in like a week of having them. I definitely found it increased my supply however it took a while longer than what I expected due to reading a lot of 24-48 hrs.
